We follow the crew of the Starship Enterprise where Star Trek: The Original Series left off but this time in colourful animation. The series’ 22 episodes featured characters voiced by their original actors. Surprisingly, this was the first Star Trek series to win an Emmy Award.

Best Episode

Yesteryear (1973) – A voyage through the Guardian of Forever prevents Spock from travelling back to his childhood to save his younger self. History records that Spock died at age 7. Spock has to travel back to 2237 to save his own life.

2nd Best Episode

The Counter-Clock Incident (1974) – The Enterprise finds itself trapped in a ‘negative universe.’ The crew begins to regress to their youths.

3rd Best Episode

More Tribbles, More Troubles (1973) – Cyrano Jones returns to the Enterprise, infesting it with tribbles that now grow to monstrous size.

4th Best Episode

The Slaver Weapon (1973) – Spock, Uhura and Sulu discover an ancient multi-use weapon. The Kzinti are also interested in it.

5th Best Episode

The Time Trap (1973) – Only cooperation will allow the Klingons and the crew of the Enterprise to escape from a space-time warp.

Worst Episode

The Magicks of Megas-Tu (1973) – The Enterprise sucked into a dimension where the laws of time and space no longer apply. The crew stops at Megas-Tu, a planet where magic and witchcraft are the norm. Its guide is Lucien, who is Lucifer of Earth mythology.
